Selah Terms of Service

Welcome to Selah, a wellness and hormone-tracking platform operated by Selah, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Texas (“Selah,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Selah mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Selah, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Selah account. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. About Selah

Selah is a wellness and hormonal intelligence app that helps women understand and live in sync with their bodies. Our Services include wellness tracking, cycle and stress insights, educational content, and access to premium experiences via Selah+.

Selah is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice. The Services are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. Always seek professional medical advice before making health-related decisions.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Selah. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse or unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Payments

Selah offers both free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions (“Selah+”) provide access to premium features such as enhanced insights, perks, and partner discounts.

  • Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Payment Platform: All payments are processed securely through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe.

  • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Price Changes: Selah may modify pricing, and you’ll be notified before renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Selah for unlawful purposes or to collect personal data from others;

  • Share your account;

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app;

  • Upload harmful code or engage in disruptive behavior.

Selah reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in Selah (including trademarks, logos, text, and software) are owned by Selah, Inc. or its licensors. You may not use Selah’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Selah may integrate with Apple Health, Oura, or other third-party services. By enabling integrations, you authorize Selah to access and process certain data from those services consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Selah is not responsible for the data practices of third-party platforms.

8. Disclaimers

Selah is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Selah does not provide medical, psychological, or health advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the app or by contacting us at support@joinselah.com.
Selah may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, with venue in Houston, Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s consumer rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Modifications

Selah may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users by posting the revised version in the app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
