1. Who We Are

Selah, Inc. (“Selah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Delaware corporation operating in Texas that provides a wellness and hormonal intelligence app designed to help women understand and live in sync with their bodies.

  • Stress, lifestyle, rest, or recovery data

  • Notes about how you feel

  • Data from connected services (e.g., Apple Health, Oura) only if you enable it

d. Payment & Subscription Data

If you purchase Selah+ or another premium feature:

  • Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe

  • We receive confirmation of your purchase, subscription status, and limited billing info

  • We do not store your full credit card number

  • Deliver the Services you signed up for

  • Generate and present your Selah Score™ and personalized insights

  • Recommend wellness actions based on your logged symptoms, cycle phase, or stress

  • Improve and develop new features, content, and user experience

  • Protect our Services, prevent fraud, and comply with the law

We do not sell your personal or health data.

We do not share your menstrual or wellness logs with employers, insurers, or advertisers.

You can request account deletion at any time. When you do:

  • We will delete or de-identify your personal and health data within ~30 days (except where we must keep it for legal/accounting reasons).

  • Separation of certain identifiers from sensitive entries
